The worst experience ever dnt go here go pay your money at a pro shop not the coop
This CoOp is manned by the worse volunteers on EARTH. I was so happy to hear of a bike coOp in my new neighborhood, but my experience has now led me to understand there is actually no such thing. Allow me to explain... The first time my wife and I went the young male staff was being overseen by what seemed to be a strangely attired pedophile, but there were no small children around so I didn't complain. Today I went and got the American treatment. You know, when a foreigner uses other native speakers to endeavor to make you appear like an idiot because they either don't want to assist you or are ignorant of you doing something new. In this case the former occurred. It was disappointing and sad to be mocked when my parents are immigrants... hmmm. In any case I had to use a nearby pro shop and pay cash so save yourself time and SKIP the "coOp".
